The Role
Cast Iron Media’s Ad Ops team is seeking an Ad Ops Specialist to join their growing team. The role is a strategic partner to the Cast Iron Media Ad Sales team and our clients. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering world-class customer service. The Ad Ops Specialists will work closely with the account and campaign management teams, assisting with pre- and post-sale campaign needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end campaign management process - trafficking, documenting, updating/maintaining ad specs, and workflow procedures, while ensuring that ad creative strictly follows budget and technical specifications
- Diagnose campaign problems and collaborate with the team and/or clients to identify and implement solutions
- Assist with the vetting of new technologies and partners and provide technical QA support on ad serving
- Work directly with Sales/Clients to optimize digital campaigns and provide regular reports on digital campaign performance from beginning through completion
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Slides
- Interest to break into the sports industry
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ready to learn and work hard
Preferred Experience
- Understanding of the Sports/OTT media landscape
- Ad Operations or AdTech/Trafficking background
- Experience with MRC accredited 3rd party measurement vendors
- Proficiency with AI productivity tools, specifically Google Gemini
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
This is a full-time hybrid position reporting to the Director of Client Success; preferred location is the New York Metropolitan area. Requires 3 days in our White Plains, NY office.

Estimated OTE: $60-70k
Title and actual compensation packages are determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, skill set, qualifications, education and market considerations.
